West Bromwich Albion and West Ham United are both reportedly interested in signing Ghana international forward Jordan Ayew this summer, according to Ghanasoccernet.

The Premier League duo, who face Crystal Palace and Chelsea in their opening English top-flight openers on Saturday and Monday respectively, have been linked with offering the Aston Villa winger an instant return to the Promised Land.

The 24-year-old, who has 37 international caps for his country, scored seven goals and provided one assist in 37 appearances in all competitions for the recently relegated outfit last season.

Ayew, who arrived at Villa Park from French side Lorient only last summer in a deal worth a reported £8m, could join his brother, Andre, at the London Stadium following his club-record switch from Swansea City earlier this week.

The report suggests that a loan move for the Villa forward has been discussed, but Tony Pulis’ Baggies are understood to be preparing a fresh move for the Championship star.

Bundesliga club Hamburg have already seen a £8m bid for Ayew’s services turned down by the Midlands outfit earlier this summer.

When whoever dreams up these stories are you going to get the message AYEW IS NOT FOR SALE . We’re all getting pretty sick of seeing these stupid reports, go and get something factual for a change.
