What’s Hot and What’s Not from Chelsea’s season so far

HOT – Champions-elect

It would take something rather special, or indeed quite the choke from Chelsea, for the Blues not to be named Premier League champions come May.

Conte’s men are eight points clear at the top after winning 19 of their 25 league games this term, including 13 in a row from October to January.

Eight points may seem possible to overcome, but when you consider that the Blues have dropped just seven in their last 13 games, it’s going to be a tough ask for second place Manchester City, who themselves aren’t exactly unbeatable.

Best home record in the division, joint-best away record in the division – it all points to a fifth Premier League for Chelsea in the last 12 years.
