What’s Hot and What’s Not from the EFL

Championship Hot: Fulham

Fulham remained in touching distance of the final play-off place after impressively dispatching Newcastle United in front of a stunned St James’ Park crowd.

Having endured two struggling seasons ever since relegation back to the Championship, manager Slavisia Jokanovic has transformed the Cottagers into a well organised, attacking outfit.

Tom Cairney, alongside Ryan Sessegnon’s (Above) impressive brace rounded off a superb triumph on Tyneside, which really signalled their intentions of crashing into the top six, with the West Londoners currently seventh, two points off those prized places.

Tony Mowbray’s resurgent Blackburn Rovers visit Craven Cottage on Tuesday. Should Fulham prevail, they could move inside the top six.
