After 34 goals in 99 games for neighbours Manchester United, Carlos Tevez made the move across Manchester in 2009, and scored 23 Premier League goals in his first season at the Etihad, including a brace in the 4-2 win over Chelsea.

The Argentine international went on to score 35 more league goals for the club in three further seasons, but netted just four in their title-winning campaign of 2011/12 after being exiled for refusing to come on as a substitute in their Champions League tie at Bayern Munich.

Tevez then moved to Italian giants Juventus in 2013, scoring 39 league goals to help the club win back-to-back Serie A titles, before moving back to Argentina with Boca Juniors in 2015, the club where his professional career started 15 years ago.
