Why these two Manchester United targets are better additions than Antoine Griezmann

Mbappe is the future

Mbappe is already a favourite with United fans having bagged a goal at The Etihad.

At just 18 years of age, Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe possesses all the qualities to become one of the best strikers in world football.

The French Under-19 international only made his Ligue 1 debut in December 2015, and has since gone on to play 43 times for the French outfit, netting 16 goals.

15 of those have come this season, and his attacking display against Manchester City in the Champions League a fortnight ago opened the eyes of everyone in England to this special talent.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has said that Mbappe reminds him of Thierry Henry, so if United can get a deal done for the starlet, they could reap the benefits for both the present and indeed the future, as he looks set to take the world by storm over the coming years.

If he’s half as good as Henry was, United will have a very special player on their books.
