There’s no doubt about it, Fabregas is out-of-favour at Stamford Bridge this season, having only made four appearances in the Premier League.

Nemanja Matic and N’Golo Kante seem to have locked down the two central midfield roles in Conte’s 3-4-3 formation, forming a strong and energetic partnership.

Chelsea are flying at the moment and are currently on a seven match winning-streak in the league, scoring 17 goals and conceding just once in the process. With the Londoners playing so well it’s hard to imagine Fabregas breaking into the side and getting meaningful minutes anytime soon.

At West Ham he could be playing Premier League football week-in week-out, showcasing his talents to Conte, and reminding him just how dangerous he can be with a football at his feet. Fabregas has proven himself over the years to be an extremely effective Premier League player and would fancy his chances of grabbing Conte’s attention with telling performances for West Ham.
