Why this Premier League winner should turn his back on Chelsea and join West Ham in January

Fabregas may have his eye on a move away from Stamford Bridge in the summer and regular minutes at West Ham could see him gain a bigger move for what could be one of the last significant contracts of his career.

If he performs at West Ham to the level he has in all his Premier League years barring last season then it’s highly likely that there will be a lot of interest in the Spaniard in the summer.

The alternative for Fabregas is to hang around at Chelsea waiting for a chance that may never materialise. He should be taking the situation by the scruff of the neck by tearing up trees in the second half of the season for West Ham, reminding everyone just how good he is in the process.
