Chelsea are 1st and West Ham are 16th, this tells you everything you need to know about how the two sides are playing. Antonio Conte is beginning to adjust to life as a manager in England, with his side playing some great football in recent weeks. West Ham however have been poor, they are struggling in front of goal and are leaking goals like a sieve, not a good combination for any side, and as a result they lie on the cusp of the relegation zone.

The best players like to compete at the top, and with Fabregas having won 13 trophies in his career so far, it will be difficult for him to leave a team like Chelsea who look set to be involved in the title race till the bitter end this season.
