3 England stars that need to secure a move in January

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has never really nailed down a regular place in the Arsenal starting eleven, and he may now be beginning to consider his future at the Emirates.

The 23-year-old has never appeared more than 25 times in a Premier League season for the Gunners since moving there in 2011, yet this season is his most prolific goal-scoring one to date, having netted six times for the club in all competitions.

And, with five assists as well, he is clearly an important member of Arsene Wenger’s squad, but Oxlade-Chamberlain missed out on Southgate’s last England squad back in November, and also missed out on Sam Allardyce’s one and only squad in September.

He needs to be playing more regularly than he is and, with speculation linking him with a move to Liverpool, he may consider leaving Arsenal in January.
