3 potential replacements for Manchester United’s David De Gea

Joe Hart

Joe Hart would be the most surprising replacement, but he should be someone United consider to be their new number one.

Despite being England and Manchester City’s No.1 for many years, Hart has fallen out of favour at City following the arrival of Pep Guardiola as manager.

He spent this campaign on loan at Torino, where he could not stop the Italian club from conceding an alarming 66 goals from their 38 league games.

Nevertheless, there is no disputing Hart’s pedigree. He had accumulated 71 England caps. He has also featured in 494 games at club level, despite only being 30 years of age. He is also a two-time Premier League winner, and has won the Golden Glove on four occasions.

A move across United would be unlikely, but not impossible. With City looking to offload Hart, he is on the shop window and could go for cheap.
