They may well have lost their last two games at Old Trafford, but Spurs’ recent record against United is as good as it’s been in a long while.

Tottenham have lost just twice in their last eight games against the Red Devils, and their unbeaten streak of five matches between 2012 and 2015 was indicative of the club’s rise from mid table mediocrity to genuine title challengers.

Spurs have also won twice at Old Trafford in the last four years, beating Sir Alex Ferguson’s side 3-2 back in 2012, and then getting the better of David Moyes’ United 2-1 on New Year’s Day 2014.

Pochettino’s men won the last meeting between the two sides 3-0 at White Hart Lane back in April, and they’ll be full of confidence as they look for a third win at Old Trafford in five meetings.
