Romelu Lukaku has now scored five goals for Belgium this season after his brace in their 8-1 thumping of Estonia on Sunday.

The 23-year-old scored the seventh and eighth goal as Roberto Martinez’s men ran riot in Brussels to maintain their 100% start to their Group H qualifying campaign with four wins out of four.

It takes Lukaku’s club and country tally up to 12 in 14 games this season, and he doesn’t look like letting up any time soon.
