Guardiola should give these 3 Manchester City players a chance against Chelsea

Yaya Toure

Chelsea didn’t have it all their own way in the centre of midfield against Crystal Palace, and that might persuade Guardiola to start Yaya Toure against the Blues.

The Ivorian was another who didn’t get a starting role against the Gunners on Sunday, albeit did come on at half time for Raheem Sterling, yet has started 15 of their 29 league games this season, which isn’t bad considering he was nowhere near the squad prior to their 2-1 win over Palace back in October.

Toure has the pace and power to unsettle the Chelsea midfield on Wednesday night, and that could see him recalled to the starting line-up.
