Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has emerged as a target for Juventus, according to reports from Sky News Arabia.

The Serie A side are reportedly willing to offer £175million for the services of the versatile forward, who has flourished under the management of Jurgen Klopp since joining from AS Roma back in 2017 for £34million.

It is understood that the Anfield outfit, who are chasing their first league title in 28 years, are unlikely to cash in on the Egypt captain.

The left-footed wizard has helped his side to first place in the Premier League with 17 goals and eight assists in 26 appearances, including an impressive hat-trick against Bournemouth in December.

Salah scored 44 times in 52 matches in his first season at Anfield.

Salah can operate anywhere along the front line but is often used on the right, where he makes up a frightening strike force with Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane.

This would not be dissimilar to his position if he was to make the switch back to the Serie A, instead partnering up with Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala.

Both Liverpool and Juventus are still in the Champions League this season, with the Reds facing Bayern Munich on February 19 and the Old Lady taking on Atletico Madrid a day later in their last-16 first legs.
