Another player on the cusp of the Arsenal first team, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is yet to nail down a regular spot in Wenger’s side.

The 23-year-old has made eight starts and six substitute appearances for the Gunners this season, four of which have come in the Premier League.

His return of five goals is pretty impressive, and he ran the show in their 2-0 win over Reading in the League Cup last week, but the England international will want more time on the pitch than he is currently getting.

He started their last league game at Sunderland, and set up Alexis Sanchez’s header, but it remains to be seen whether he’ll continue to start in the Premier League.

If he doesn’t, he may seek a move elsewhere, and United would certainly benefit from his pace and creative spark, something they have been lacking at times this season.

To remain in the England set-up, Oxlade-Chamberlain knows that he needs minutes, and he could get that at United.
