Seven straight wins, six clean sheets, and top of the Premier League – it’s been a great few months for Chelsea and their manager Antonio Conte.

The Blues had just come off a 3-0 defeat at Arsenal, their second successive league defeat, and questions were being asked of Conte’s ability in English football, especially as his Chelsea side were conceding goals at an alarming rate.

However, the Italian switched to a back three, and has since then won all seven league games they’ve played, and up until Christian Eriksen’s strike for Tottenham last weekend, they had not conceded a goal.

Their incredible run of results has propelled them from tenth in the table on September 24 to top of the division presently, and Conte’s men will take their excellent form to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday to take on third place Manchester City.

That game will be a serious test of both side’s title credentials, but Conte knows that victory for his men will take them four points clear of Pep Guardiola’s side.

However, Chelsea were far from their best in the first half against Tottenham last week, and many feel that they still need reinforcements to sustain a title challenge come May.

Thus, here are the THREE star signings that top Chelsea’s Christmas list…
