This is what Liverpool’s fearsome front three could look like come the end of January

He’s the man that makes Liverpool tick, and Reds fans would have been thrilled to see Philippe Coutinho return to first team action in the last few days.

The 24-year-old injured his ankle in their 2-0 win over Sunderland back in November, and spent a while on the sidelines before returning in their loss at Southampton in the League Cup last week.

However, although he is still lacking a bit of match sharpness, there’s no denying the Brazilian’s quality, as he scored five goals and assisted five times in his 13 Premier League games prior to injury.

Liverpool play better when Coutinho is in the side, and he’ll be an integral part of what the Reds go on to achieve this season.
