With Daniel Sturridge’s future far from certain, Klopp may look to bring in another striker in the winter window.

And one man he should certainly take a look at is Torino’s in-form forward Andrea Belotti.

The 23-year-old, who made a €7.5 million move to the Italian side in 2015, has scored 16 goals in just 21 games for the club this season, including ten in his last 11 matches.

Only Mauro Icardi of Inter Milan has scored more league goals this term than Belotti, who also received his first Italy cap last year in a friendly against France, and then went on to net three goals in five appearances for his country in 2016.

He’s clearly one of the hottest properties in European football at present, and recent reports suggested that Arsenal had failed with a £56 bid for the striker.

Although he will cost a lot of money, Belotti’s goal-scoring record is second to none and, at the age of 23, he has a big future in the game – could that future be at Anfield?
