Top 5: Premier League sides that can catch the ‘Top Six’

Burnley

Clarets boss Sean Dyche.

Burnley continue to impress under Sean Dyche since returning to the top-flight at the first attempt last year and their continued success has been largely down to their home form at Turf Moor.

They have won nine of their 14 games at home and after being defeated by Swansea City on the opening day of the season, The Clarets have only lost on home turf to Premier League title contenders Arsenal and Manchester City.

In fact, out of the 30 points that they have won this season, 29 have come in the familiar surroundings of their stadium, which is almost 97 per cent of their overall points tally –  their only other point coming at Old Trafford back in October.

They find themselves mid-table at this stage of the season, but have a fairly easy run-in compared to other teams in the division.

Should they be able to continue their amazing home form and use this to build on their away from, the Lancashire outfit will be hopeful that they can challenge for their best-ever Premier League finish.
