Tottenham Hotspur are monitoring unhappy AC Milan striker Patrick Cutrone, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

The 21-year-old has made just 10 appearances this season for I Rossoneri, with new signing Krzysztof Piatek scoring seven goals in eight matches since his £32million move from Genoa in January.

With the Poland international’s arriving to replace Gonzalo Higuain, whose loan was cut short in order for him to move to Chelsea, academy product Cutrone has been restricted to just 10 league starts this term.

Piatek has been on fire since joining Milan in January.

This has reportedly caught the eye of both Spurs and Borussia Dortmund who have requested more information from the San Siro outfit about the 21-year-old.

The two clubs, who recently competed against each other in the Champions League round of 16, have been told that a bid in the region of £33million would not be opposed by Milan.

If the one-time Italy international was to make the switch to the Premier League, he would have to compete with club captain Harry Kane for the striker spot at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
