Argentina international Pablo Zabaleta is one of just two players in this City starting eleven that remain at the club six-and-a-half years on.

The 31-year-old has been a key part of City’s two Premier League title successes, and has made 312 appearances for the club since arriving in Manchester in 2008.

His consistency saw him make over 30 appearances a season for seven straight campaigns, and he was rightly recognised for his contributions by being named in the PFA Team of the Year for 2012/13.

Zabaleta has only made five league appearances this time around under Pep Guardiola, but he will continue to be a useful squad member at the Etihad.
