Arsenal are keen on a move for AS Monaco winger Keita Balde, according to reports.

The 24-year-old spent last season on loan at Inter Milan, where he scored five times in 29 appearances.

Despite a relatively successful spell, the San Siro outfit have decided against paying the £30million fee to sign the Senegal international on a permanent deal.

And Le 10 Sport report that Arsenal have been put on alert by Inter’s decision as they currently are in the market for a wide attacker.

Unai Emery needs to replace the outgoing Danny Welbeck and has been linked with Bournemouth’s Ryan Fraser and Belgium international Yannick Carrasco.

Arsenal boss Unai Emery is keen to bring in reinforcements this summer.

But if the Spanish boss fails to land his two leading targets it’s claimed he has one eye on swooping for Balde.

The former Lazio man, who’s currently on Africa Cup of Nations duty, scored eight times in his one and only season playing for Monaco and it’s thought he is keen to seal a move away from the Ligue 1 side.
