Arsenal submit opening bid for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha, according to BBC Sport

The BBC report The Gunners have bid in the region of £40million for the former Manchester United player and expect the bid to be rejected by Palace.

Rumours this week suggested Arsenal would be willing to sell last season’s top scorer Pierre-Emerick Aubmeyang in order to raise the funds to bring Zaha to the Emirates.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was Arsenal’s top scorer last season.

The explosive winger played 36 games for the Eagles last campaign, scoring ten goals and providing ten assists in the process.
